Well, if you have been following our blog and what we think the mortgage rates are going to do you will love this new proposed stimulus idea to get the U.S. housing back up on its feet.

Credit issues
Have you had a creditor call you or send you anything in the mail that suggest they are lowering your credit limits? If you have not had this happen to you its your lucky day. Millions of people are getting their credit limits frozen or lowered becuase of the year we have had with the market. I was helping a gal the other day and she tried to run her credit card and is said declined…she was so embarrassed and was going to call in the morning and find out what the problem was. I am posting an article that you should all read. It will help to educate you on some of the things that are happening with credit these days.

If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call.
Happy Holidays!

Hello fellow blogger and James L…..I have not written in awhile, although I love to blog I have been working alot, I promise to be better….today I want to write again about children and how wonderful it is to have them and watch them grow. I am a big part of both my children’s lives on a daily basis. Yes I am a Greek mom and I am very protective, but I feel in this day and age you need to be. Just when you think they are on track they are not….my daughter in the above picture being silly is 14. She has an opinion on everything as I am sure I did when I was her age….It is important to listen to your children and yes sometimes read between the lines. I let my kids have an opinion and voice it but I do teach them there is a place and a time for voicing your opinion. Our arguments now are based on things like the president or piercing your belly button. I feel great joy in being able to have discussions with my children.

I am writing without a point I feel but what I am really saying is if you have children you are blessed, please take the time to listen to them and nurture them and help them grow up to be the best that they can be, its our duty as parents….You don’t have to be over protective like I am but be concerned about where they are and what they need and watch their school work, because each of these kids is going to grow up a be somebody important.

Like my son who is at College now as a freshman in the pre med program….

I will write more this week on real estate but today was not that kind of day for me. I love what I do and I love helping people but most of all I love my children and family is everything….everyone have a great night, turn off the news and have a peaceful night.

Wow! What a game. Kings is 2 for two on their JV Football team. My daughter is quite excited as you see her jumping in the air. I tried for 2 hours to catch this picture. I thought I had missed it until I came home and found it on my camera. My girl is a freshman and loving school and her activities. She is a cheer leader for games and is part of the competition squad. She also dances ballet and point…I am very proud of her.
All the girls work together and have a great time. The coaches are amazing and are helping the girls reach their goals and be the best that they can be. Go Kings Knights!

At Christmas I was given a book and I actually thought why did they give this to me? I picked up the book last week and actually read it. I have to say I loved it and I am ordering a bracelet. Sometimes we do things and we do not even realize it. Everyone complains, trust me if you start to pay attention to yourself you will notice that as a society we complain. This book challenges yout to stop doing that. It is a 21 day challenge that I have not completed yet. I am working on it. Learning new things is what keeps us going. If we are not learning new things then we are at a stand still. Please let me know what you think of this book if you read it or have already read it.

Soccer is such a great sport especially when you are watching a family member. My niece has been playing soccer since she was 4. We were at Edmonds Woodway on Saturday afternoon enjoying the sun and her game. Her team did win 1 to 0. We are all so proud of Bell’s ability as a soccer player.

This past weekend my son and I went to the First Green Festival in the NW that was held down in Edmonds. They had some great stuff, clothes, PUD, food and a band. Below are some girls that I met at a both called Sostane, Sisters of Sustainability, which these ladies are all members of, and under which they market their businesses: Gina Diamond, eco lifestyle coach,
Rebecca Wood, Country Meadow luxury spa products with Amy at EcoKind Design and you can go to her site @EcoKindDesign.com , also there was Green Diamond Consulting which is a Lifestyle coach and that would be Gina Diamond @ GreendiamondConsulting@comcast.net she can also be found at www.HelpMeGoGreen.org.. These gals are business owners, they have children, normal everyday lives who try to make a difference everyday in our society. There website is: www.sostane.com.
Below is me standing by this Echo friendly little car that I always see being driven around Edmonds.

I also spoke a few minutes with Doug O’Donnell who works for PUD. He was talking about the top 5 reasons to get a PUD Conservation Loan. Check out their website @ www.snopud.com….Tell them Margo and Doug sent you!
