Thoughts for the day. Be greatful, be thankful, be humble and know that life is precious. I have a teenage daughter and I have to remember that I was once 14. Even though her and I have some tough times, she is great fun. I will try to write a little bit each week about my kids. Well today is my birthday and what a beautiful day it is. I have been taking pictures all day for my blog. David and I stopped into Ivar’s for a mid afternoon snack and we had a great waiter named Jo help us. We had appetizers and a drink, boy does Ivars make great food! But the best part was the Strawberry Shortcake, it is a must. It is very refreshing on a hot day like today. When you stop in please make sure to request Jo, he is a great server!
