Moratorium in Picnic Point

On September 17, 2007, the Board of Commissioners of the Alderwood Water &
Wastewater District (District) adopted Proposed Resolution No. SR 954-2007 that
establishes the policies and procedures for the allocation process for sewer certificates
of availability for the Picnic Point Sewer Basin.  This action rescinds the
